Currently have a GTX 760, looking to upgrade to GTX 980. I have two in mind below. One's 780$, the other is 660$. Same brand, and the cheaper one is actually marginally faster.
1) Why the 110$ gap? Surely the cover/backplate can't be only the reason?
2) My GTX 760 is PCI Express 3.0 x 16. Can I get just a PCI Express 3.0?
