Seems awesome, few things, you don't need thermal compound as the cooler comes with it already ( usually)
You don't really need a sound card, Asus onboard audio is probably better, although as it's an asus sound card I think the onboard sound uses the same card just on the board basically!

There are a couple f changes I would make but I'm on a train coming into Birmingham currently and so ill come back when I'm at my desk!
