Dear community,
I've upgraded to windows 10 last monday and GTA IV Keeps crashing weirdly.
First boot it will hang at the second screen when loading after pressing start.
The second time, it stutters at the same screen but does boot.
This sequence keep being the same. fail, work, fail, work, and so on.
I've reinstalled GFWL, .net , flash, the game itself ,steam and my video drivers.
I have no mods installed
