Power and HDD led

Today when i start my pc i notice the power led only flashed when i pressed the button to turn on the pc and after that the led went off, and the hdd led never worked, they are connected right i just checked idk what it is can some help me?

front panel led leads are polarity sensitive.
Usually, the colored lead is +, and that needs to be connected to the + on the motherboard.
Re-examine you motherboard manual and connections.
No harm will come if the leads are connects wrongly.
Possibly, your documentation is not correct, so try reversing the leads and see what happens.
