Will this build be good for what I'm looking for

I'm wondering if this is a good build or what changes I should make. the most I am wanting to spend is 1900 this is my second computer just making sure it's a decent build.
I'm looking to play stuff like Arma 3
Ark, elite dangerous and insurgency
Cpu--i5 4690k

Mobo--msi z97 gaming 5

Ram--corsair vengeance 8gb

Storage--X2 Seagate 2tb

Gpu-- 2 evga gtx 970ssc acx 2.0 sli

Case--cooler master mastercase pro 5

Psu--corsair rm 850 watt 80+ gold

For the price of 2X 970's you can about buy a single 980ti that would be a wiser thing to do. For a single 1080p monitor even a 980 would work fine and probably just a single GTX 970.
I would also pass on the RM power supply.
The same goes for 2X that hard drive.
More PC than most people need with a SSD for the OS and programs and a SSD to load all the games on along with a 1TB drive for storage.
