Is my pre-built computer good for gaming?

Hi, so I was looking on a catalog from gettington, and at that time I was searching for a good medium budget which is around $700. Then I saw a computer that catched my attention from CyberPower. So I was wondering if it had good specs.

Specs:
CPU-3.8GHz AMD FX-4300 quad-core processor with 4MB L3 cache
GPU-AMD R7 360 graphics
System-Windows 10
Ram-8GB DDR3 system memory; expandable to 16GB
Space-1TB SATA hard drive

You can game with it, yes. It's hampered mainly by the gfx card. Strictly a mid-range card. Excellent at 720p resolutions, adequate at 1080p with reduced settings.

Everything is good except the gfx card. The R5 230 is a really weak card for gaming. As a result, the system probably comes with a cheap, puny PSU that won't let you upgrade to a faster card.

The gfx card is still the weak link, although the Intel Platform is an improvement. Your first, the R7-360, was better than the GT 740. Here's a hierarchy chart of popular gfx cards and where they relate to each other: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-graphics-card-review,3107-7.html

If you go with this latest choice, you'll have a better CPU and can always upgrade the gfx card later, I guess.

Still a weak gfx card. Falls in between the GT 740 and the R7-370 you asked about earlier. And that is not a PC you can upgrade very much. Looks like a mess inside.
Are we to assume building one is out of the question?

Yes, much better. FX-6300 and a GTX 960. Best one you've found yet. ;)
