best p4 3.6ghz 660 processor

Honestly those things were space heaters and not very good overclockers. You are going to spend 10 times more on cooling it than it's worth. Just raise the FSB and see what it can do. The P4 661 would have been better due to being made on the 65nm architecture as it runs cooler than the 660 on the 90nm arch. I don't think it will be powerful enough to even watch HD videos on youtube no matter how high you clock it but it might be fun to learn on or just play with.
