An either overclocked CPU or GPU, if unstable wouldn't miraculously be stable the next time whatever game you ran is ok after a crash. Something else is going on.

its totally stable temps never above 70 degrees F . good air flow. i posted stat in a reply to the thread
try setting everything back to default. if it works well, then it is your oc. why not dial it down little by little until it is stable.
an oc stable at one game does not guarantee stability to other games, so it might be a bit much still
