I found in a local store here in Philippines selling a Deepcool Ice Wind Pro for P800.00($17.17) which is a think a good cooler for the buck. I'm just not sure whether it's a decent cooler or not. Also, which one is better between a Deepcool Ice Wind Pro ($17.17), Deepcool Gammaxx s40 ($12.45) and a Deepcool ice Warrior ($25.75)? Although I'm not sure if I will actually buy the Ice Warrior since it's a bit out of my tight budget. I know some of you, or majority of you, will suggest different coolers from different brands. It's just that I'm on a budget and coolers that can be found here in local stores from CM, Noctua, Corsair and other top brands are ridiculously expensive.
