Hi everyone,

I decided to post here since i'm getting desperate. I've been experiencing stuttering ingame (Blade & Soul) almost every 5 seconds.
Some times they dont occur, some times they do. But mostly do :( and this happened after i just changed my cpu/mobo/ram. (together)

I recorded a video demo here: https://youtu.be/0Onmgp_M73w
(focus on the portal with the purple light)

and this is what my afterburner looks like: http://imgur.com/p6VSosr

Rig:
MSI Z170A XPower Gaming Titanium
Skylake i7-6700k
Noctua D14 Heatsink
2 x 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz Ripjaw Ram
MSI GTX 780Ti Twin Frozer OC Edition
1 HDD
2 SSD (With Windows 10 installed as OS and game)
850W PSU

EIST (Intel SpeedStep): Off
APM (Advanced Power Management): Off
Hyperthreading: On

What i have tried:
- Re-installing drivers, rollback to older nvidia drivers
- Re-sit everything in the rig (unplug and plug everything again)
- Deleted Game profile with Nvidia Inspector
- Removing OC
- V-sync on/off
- Testing with friends with the same/similar GPU and latency, they gets no stutters.
- Played with a lot of settings in BIOS T_T

Please help/point me in the right direction.
I am thinking if i should just RMA my GPU but Furmark:Kombustor/3DMark:Firestrike showed no particles or stuttering.
Just had lower scores. (Sign of malfunctioning? its 1.5 years old)

Just 2 days ago.. temperatures are also looking good in afterburner, 50-70 degrees on full load.
