I don't know exactly.
But from the size and back is seems to be a Thin mini-ITX board with an imbedded CPU, like this http://www.aliexpress.com/store/product/M100-218-Intel-Celeron-1037U-Thin-Mini-ITX-Motherboard-HTPC-Mainboard/800900_32471305327.html but not exactly that. The 1037U is a BGA socket, so it is imbedded, and it uses SODIMM, and the ports are stacked low so that suggests Thin mini-ITX, along with the laptop-style power, and the combination of ports and internals described.
