So i want a $500 budget build to play Minecraft and CSGO on and a little BF4 and some other games,maybe..I would like a i3 and r9 280x combo.., and also i would like to stay within the budget of $500 as tight as possible, and i can get windows cheap so no OS included, but i would like a disc reader and wifi adapter. thanks!

Well at a $500 budget you can't quite afford an i3 and an r9 280x. You'd need something closer to a $600-$650 budget for that. At $500 the build below is what you should get. You can expect better performance than a console, so it will play Battlefield at 1080p 60fps at medium settings no problem.

Minecraft is not a hard game to run on any hardware. Like at all. Yeah it'd probably run better on Intel cpus because Minecraft isn't a heavily-threaded application at all, so it only uses two cores. So an i3 processor that only has two cores that are faster than the cores of an AMD cpu will perform better in Minecraft than an AMD cpu that has 6 cores that run a little slower than Intel's cores. More demanding games will take advantage of more cores, while less demanding games will take advantage of less cores. But the less demanding games will still run just fine on this build, because they aren't that demanding graphically. Basically an i3 and an fx cpu are fairly neck and neck. As long as the cpu doesn't bottleneck the gpu, which this won't, you'll probably be okay. I tried to get a good i3 to fit into your budget but because of the motherboard price combined with the cpu, it didn't quite work out to being cheap enough for a $500 build. i3s tend to fit into $600 builds. But like I said this build will still perform better than a console, so you can expect to still be able to play more demanding games on low to medium settings at 1080p 60fps. Battlefield 4 should run at medium to high settings at 1080p 60fps no problem.

So on the pcpartpicker list it says that the case might have some issues w/ the other parts do you thnk this is a problem?

The only problems are that the usb 3.0 ports on the front of the case will only run at 2.0 speeds because the motherboard doesn't support usb 3.0. The other problem is that the gpu is probably gonna be too long to have all the drive cages in. So you may have to remove a drive cage to put the gpu in. This means that you won't be able to have as many HDDs and SSDs in your case as if you had a smaller gpu. If you only intend to have one HDD and one SSD that usually isn't a problem, but this case doesn't have a lot of room inside, so you might want to get a different case for the same price. I'd suggest the NZXT Source 210: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-s210001

Should have enough room for all your parts even if you have to remove a drive cage.
