No signal after I installed my new graphics card.

I currently have a Gigabyte F2A88XM-DS2 motherboard with an AMD A8-6600k APU and a corsair cx500 psu. My MSI AMD Radeon r9 270 2gb came today and after installing it I get no signal going to my monitor. When my PC boots up I get the windows logo but then my pc just goes blank and my monitor tells me there's no signal. I had the same problem when I ordered a zotac gtx 770 and had to return it, I just aszsumed that it wasnt working becasue it wasnt amd. Would appreciate if some one could help me please.

first try installing driver than renistall

btw wich psu are u using?

I have a corsair cx600, I tried insatlling the drivers from the msi website and is just installed the amd catalyst control center and it just says my intergrated apu drivers are installed.

Ive done all this, and It worked fine, I got signal from my gpu to my monitor. So as I went to install the drivers online it downloaded the catalyst control centre and it strted insatlling the apu drivers rather than the my new gpu and I lost signal to my monitor. help me please :(
