I am looking for a GPU around $150 to get me started with Maya and 3ds Max using Mental Ray. I am also going to be doing some light gaming with it. Thanks!

All I saw was gaming. I really am trying to learn a lot about Maya and 3ds Max, and that is what I am going to be spending about half of my time using those software programs.

If you're going to render, you will need a stronger GPU anyways, the 750ti is the best for that price range
