Computer Monitor Is Messed Up

So I turn my computer on today and see this scary picture

I didn't drop the computer or anything yesterday, I put the computer to sleep and went to bed. I have no idea where this came from. It looks really bad, and I'm very nervous.

It's a Lonovo Laptop computer.

try cmos reset by unplug the ac remove the battery and press power 30 sec then put back battery and ac and start tell us if picture is good or similar to this one .

No that didn't work, I still ended up with the same screen.

A few months ago the back of the computer became unhinged (picture below)

and the right side-back of the computer pops up when I push the screen up. This is across from where I plug the battery in. Where I plug the battery in is not affected. But I can pop the right side-back of the computer back down with my hand, and it goes back to normal. Now my computer has been like this for a couple months and I have never had any problems with the screen until a few days ago randomly.

Could this be the source of the problem?

this opening on the right side of laptop that where gpu cable is connect to panel screen , to try to find on the net the way to open it with is model and name and check if you did not pinch or cut the cable from motherboard to screen panel resulting of this screen picture you have .
