I just spent a lot of money on my new rig, and bought a gtx 970. I am experiencing a whole lot of screen tearing in demanding games, such as assassins' creed, far cry, shadow of mordor etc. I don't want to invest in a gsync monitor cuz there aren't any budget friendly 24 inch ips ones out there right now. Idc about 144hz, i'm fine with 60. What I do care about is the horrible tearing! Please help me, as it is really frustrating for me...
Plus, on top of that, my computer reboots it self just a minute or two after starting to play those games, which is also extremely frustrating. Would really appreciate your help.
