My PC Specs:

Windows 7 Professional
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 870
Ram: 10GB
System type: 64-bit
Video card: XFX GT 520 2GB
Motherboard: Asrock P55 Pro

I want to know What is a bset GPU for a my pc without bottlenecks?

First, I want to know what games you want to play, for how long and at what settings it is acceptable for you? Because I can't recommend your parts, because they are the best parts for me, not for your use case.

I want to play games like BF4, AC4 ,AC Unity, GTA V, Witcher 3, The Division, Far Cry 4, etc.? at 1440p, on max

You want 1440p and max settings on modern games with an i7 870, you can but don't expect 60fps. With that CPU you would bottleneck on anything better than a GTX 970, R9 390 or R9 290X. All of these GPUs are ok at 1440p, but again don't expect a constant 60fps.
