i would consider a better cpu cooler, but will it work? it'll work very good :)

another minor consideration for the brands of your motherboard and gpu: asus is better at motherboards; msi is better at video cards; gigabyte is good at both. and the PSU should be the G2 series from EVGA, not the G1. again, these are minor issues.
