So I was planning for a
FX 8350
MSI 970 MOBO (it's the only mobo available that fits the processor)
POWERCOLOR AXR9 280X(3GBD5-T2DHE/OC)
KINGSTON HYPERX BLU 8GB 1600MHZ (KHX1600C10D3B1/8G) memory
650W PSU
500gb hdd( i prefer to use the old one so i can save some money)

some says that amd cpu's are prone to overheating and literally fries your mobo and your pc
if that's the case should i go for Intel, some says that octa cores might be future ready because future games might need more cores,

i also asked them to make a quotation

which one is better should i also upgrade my monitor since its 1360x768 and has a 60hz pp

Dont go with MSI for the motherboard, they're known for overheating.
I'd personally go with this one - http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-m5a99fxpror20

You can save the money from the HDD and buy an air cooler , because AMD CPU's usually overheat and their stock cooler is noisy as hell.
CM Hyper 212 Evo is the best choice and its only 30 bucks.

For the GPU in my opinion I'd stick with the GTX 950 or even save for a GTX 960 or R9 380 which are the best performance per dollar GPUs now.

Hope I've helped and good luck :)

If you can yes.

That should work fine. With the window in the case though would i look for an atx motherboard, imo it just looks better. Why else take a case with a window.Make sure the ram fits the color scheme.
