Hello guys and thank you in advance!

Next month i will be building a new pc....

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/6wH2dC

For some reason its giving me this error
/// Some AMD 970 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Vishera CPUs.///

Will this cause me any problems?

Just trying to make sure i wont have any problems when putting it all together once all the components are delivered....I already have the o.s btw :D.... any suggestions please do tell me! my budget is 1000 US$

That is not an error, but rather a warning from the earlier days of the AM3+ socket when the FX series just launched its third generation.
Honestly, that should be removed at this point, as the boards ship with the updated BIOS.

However, if this build is for gaming, here is a much better option for 1k.

The CPU is newer thanthe board its going to depend on what bios comes loaded on the particular board you receive. If it ends up being an older board you're sunk without an older cpu to update the bios with. I would say there is a 90% or better chance it'll work right out of the box, but not guaranteed

I see, your build is still fairly solid. An intel build with a better GPU would be better overall, however that may not be possible given your tax situation.
(I would recommend dropping the 8350 for an 8320, and getting a 990 chipset board such as: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-ga990fxaud3r5, as it is much better for OCing, I would also recommend making the switch to a samsung SSD, better performance, quality, and price)

Lol the price will be the exact retail price thats given on the pc part list//// All the items will be shipped to a P.O BOX in U.S and then sent to me here with a final delivery agent without any hassle. So the price should be accurate...or so i hope.
