hello all
my internet speed is fast. i can browse, stream videos no problems. but my download speed is extremely slow (3kbps)i have contacted my isp and they couldn't solve my problem. i have ran through all the solutions i can think of. i have used multiple computers and multiple sites to download from and still no luck. different times of the day and nothing. i have also connected directly through cable and it goes to around (30kps). speedtest.net says im getting a speed of 6mbs. i have changed channels on modem and still no luck. i currently have a Belkin AC1750 modem router. i have tried 3 devices to download from (macbook, windows 7 desktop and ps4)
