just wondering if it is worth overclocking my Intel Core i5‑4690K devils canyon and how much the temperature would increase if i did so

yes, mostly heavy performance games (dayZ, GTA, Battlefield, Arma, Metro but i mostly play CSGO which isn't very heavy) and i do stream, so i'm just trying to get the best performance but i am very new to overclocking and i little worried about temperature and if its really worth it...
