How is this for playing Fallout 4 better than a Ps4 or Xbox one which are both locked at 30FPS?

My friend built it with a dual core, Not meant for heavy gaming. I spent 120 bucks to upgrade the cpu. Did not know there was "one" that I need to have.

yup r99 280. Just got to know if I will get more than 30 fps really lol. Thanks for the hope. I couldn't afford that much of an upgrade, just got a better cpu.

The point of getting an APU is to not have to purchase a dedicated GPU, It's a waste of money to get an APU then get a dedicated GPU it can't drive properly. Swap out the CPU with a FX-6300, or even a, heaven forbid, FX-4300 instead. Both would be better then the A10 you currently have in there.
