Is this a good pc build for gaming/editing/livestreaming? (£800-900 budget)

Hello,

I'm currently putting together my first ever pc build. My budget is £800-900, and is currently at £860. I assume in dollars it'll be around $910. I'm not an enthusiast gamer by any means, and have never touched an AAA title for the pc. The games I generally play are indie titles, runescape, and at the most Lego/Rocket League/Telltale games at high settings (not ultra). I record and edit videos using Fraps and Sony Vegas 13, so I know that the frame rate will be hit a little. I'd also like to export these videos in 1920x 1080p. I also plan to livestream in HD. Would the following specs be able to cover these requirements without trouble? I think the gtx 950 will be fine for the types of game, but would getting an i7 dramatically increase editing/ rendering/ streaming times? I'm also a freelance artist/animator, so that's why I've included a fair bit of storage. Overall I'd just like a decent machine that does its job, no bells and whistles. Many thanks.
