So, I will be selling my current computer and I will be getting a new computer. I have decided on the components, other than the power supply. Since there's not a lot of PSU's to choose from here in Lithuania, I decided to go with a FSP Raider 550W . It says that it's a 80+ Silver certified but on the box it only says that it's a 80+ bronze, yeah I don't really know about that. I wanted to get a seasonic but they dont stock that here anymore, everything is sold. So yeah, I wanted to know if it's a good idea to get a FSP Raider 550W. Any help is appreciated.

they are not available here, they are sold out on the seasonics and i don't think they will be stocking them again anytime soon.

How about FSP Aurum, EVGA 500B/600B or Corsair CS/RM. All of them, while not all that good, are still better than FSP Raider.

Here is a link to the Power Supply List. The best of the best power supplies are Tier 1. Tier 2 units are also very good. Anything below that is lower and lower quality.

So look at the list, and and see if you can find anything from Tiers 1 or 2, and get it.

Not having Seasonic available anymore is bad. All Seasonic power supplies are either Tier 1 or 2. They do not even need to be on this list. XFX power supplies are also all made by Seasonic, and are also all Tier 1 or 2.

Hopefully you will find a good power supply for your computer.
