I recently upgraded from a radeon R9 280 gpu to a geforce GTX 970 and i noticed that when Im just roaming around in GTA V i stay locked in at 60 fps but as soon as I start driving my fps drops to 25 to 35 fps which causes this rubber band like graphics is there any fix for this? runnning game on ultra settings.
