Will I be able to play games like battlefield 4 and ARMA 3 at Low settings with this build?

I've been wondering If I can play it at low settings..
I can't add anything else because I'm on a really tight budget.
Heres my specs

XFX Radeon R7 260X 1GB Core Edition Video Card

320 gb hhd

Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Biostar A58MD Ver. 6.x Micro ATX FM2+ Motherboard

AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor

Oh,How about Unturned/H1Z1/Minecraft/TF2?

about bf4 u can cuz i have lower gpu and cpu on laptop and works :)

You could get above 30 fps (playable for most people)

You can run them medium to high too, i have a10 7700k that perform worsethan you but get medium setting (8gb RAM). The only drawback you have are RAM. Try to play everything closed except the game. You can avoid this with installing 8gb RAM

This laptop had better cpu but worse gpu than you. ARMA III are cpu intensive game

GTA V use exact 1GB VRAM on medium all off. I use it on A10 7700K and the integrated Graphic with 2400mhz 8GB RAM

Ok, was just wondering cus i have a GTX 970 and my 4 (3.5) GB are always full, of course on nearly highest settings.

BTW, how much would the mentioned build cost you?
