Hello! I've had my computer for an year now, and recently it started lagging really bad when in-game. Whenever I launch CSGO, it keeps lagging when playing and runs really slow. It's been working fine with high fps until this week or so, and I still have around 300fps+ in-game even though its laggy. When I close the game, even windows laggs for a little while and it takes a long time to even be able to open the start menu, but after like 5 minutes it works fine again. And also, nothing is overheating and is keeping normal temperatures.

Intel Core i7 4790k watercooled with a Corsair H60
Msi GTX 970 Gaming 4gb
Corsair vengeance pro 8gb ddr3 1600mhz
MSi z97 gaming 9 AC motherboard
1tb sshd
Corsair 600m power supply
I would appreciate any help, because I really want to be able to play games.
