So, when I load into GTA I spawn into Michael's room and everything is butter smooth. However when I leave the room everything is laggy and I can barely move. I am on a Windows 7 Samsung Laptop and I have experimented all the different settings in game but it struggles to go beyond 5FPS! Is there something I can do without having to spend money?
