Is this a good combo (cpu/gpu)

Hey so i was building a budget gaming pc and i chose these components to fuel my new desktop. i was wondering if these would be able to deal with the latest games on maybe high/ultra setting at above 40 fps. Check it out:

AMD Athlon X4 860K (90$)

paired with:

EVGA GTX 750 ti 2gb Superclocked (180$)

PS. if there is a better combo at the same price range please let me know about those. Also please let me know if i am bottlenecking my gpu.

Are those US dollars? This GPU is a bit quicker at a lower price, fi that's US currency. Does your motherboard have an FM2 socket? If so, then that's about the best CPU you can get.
Athlon X4 860K - $70
GTX 950 - $140

Deadrush's listed GPU is faster than a GTX 950, especially at resolutions greater than 1080p.

Thanks for the reply. Here in Canada both those GPU's that you guys recommended are nearing to 280$ for either of them. Is there anything better in Canadian currency lol? And another question, with the combo that i chose, am i bottlenecking my gpu?

No you are not bottlenecking your GPU, HOWEVER the GPU you chose is very very very bad if you are trying to game. Also to find a more accurate price goto NCIX.CN they are located in Canada which would help with pricing.
