Hey guys so I recently got one helluva deal for a 970 but I already have a 770. Now im wondering if the 970 is worth keeping or should I just sell it and save that for "the next best thing". Only games i'm looking to play with heavy requirements are metro last light, fallout 4, maybe sc2 lotv and im pretty sure the 770 can handle those right?
Thing is I got the 970 for about $90. If I sell it I can probably sell it for what $240? So I get to save $150 for the next gen GPU's. But if I keep it I can probably sell the 770 for $140? And have just $50 in savings but I probably won't be upgrading until the next ---> next series of GPU's. But then again is the 970 really that much better than the 770 because i've read that the 770 is the same architecture and the 980 is the one with the different architecture (I may be wrong).
Anyways im playing on a 23'' screen @ 1080p, any my gtx 770 is just 2gb while the 970 is 4gb.
So yeah any help?
