Hello guys, I need some help. Should I upgrade my PSU? I currently have an Energon EPS-750W and I'm having performance drops, and everything seems fine.. Could it be my PSU? If so, should I upgrade?

Is the Cooler Master THUNDER-series 500W good? I'm looking to it. My budget is about 50-60€.

My specs:
Intel DP67DE
Intel i7-2600 @ 3.4GHz
MSI GTX970 4G
8GB RAM

Ok, since you have a very specific market available to you this is probably your best course of action:

Here is a link to the current Tom's PSU Tier list below. You'll want to try your best to find a PSU in your area from the tier 1 or 2 lists (500-550W units would be fine for your build). If you simply cannot afford a PSU from tiers 1 or 2 then go down to 3, though that obviously isn't ideal.

Alright, thanks, are there any cheaper alternatives? I'm not looking for the best possible, but rather a sufficient option that would handle the specs well. I'm only playing on 1080p, btw.

Also, does power supply quality affect performance greatly? I'm getting way lower FPS than average and only 50% power usage with 99% GPU Usage on most games.
