How many fps will i get if i play saint row IV (medium settings) on nvidia gt 220 graphic card

Please I know Nvidia gt 220 is not supported in the minimum requirements of Saint row IV But i want to know if it is playable on nvidia gt 220 and if it is how many fps will i get on Medium settings.

Its absolutely playable better than the intel hd 4000 lol :D
also more than 24 fps is playable for me more than 30 is already great (better than on my xbox 360) i would definately play it that way :p
