I've had my computer since the Black Friday of 2013, it was not so good as I'd like it to be and I have the money saved up to replace the GPU / CPU. Only problemI have with replacing them is the fact that I have no expeirence replacing or working with the insides of a computer and my video card is integrated so I don't know how this works.

I would like to know if it's possible to replace / place a new GPU and if so how that would work out, same for my CPU not integrated though.

Thank you

It is possible to upgrade both, but you might need to do a few other things as well.
About upgrading the CPU:

Given the performance of your CPU, this would be a good place to start.

When it comes to the GPU, given the size of the PSU (300w), you would probably need a new power supply to get another graphics card. Do you have any ideas to what you intend to do on the computer? If gaming, what games? This will determine what graphics card best suits your needs.
