i7-3770k vs i5-6600k - Which is the best CPU for performance?

I currently have an i3-3240 and I am wondering which is the best CPU to get. I will be emulating games(PCSX2), editing and uploading videos on YouTube, and overclocking my CPU.

Probably the i5-6600k because it is still a K-series SKU, capable of some decent overclocking. Plus you get a newer platform with a lot of bells and whistles like faster connectivity to all your components and peripherals.

The older 3770 can max out any ( might not every game) ps2 game you throw at it.
Do you want to replace motherboard or use the old one? the performance difference wont be far from 15~20%.
And if you want to upgrade whole system ( not a bad thing to do ), your system will be good for years to come since 6600k is future proof for now..
