Here you go, expect a constant 60fps in BF4 at max settings at 1080p:

cpu: i5 is best choice for gaming, this 1 can be overclocked
cooler: the hyper 212 is solid cooler for the price, allows for a good overclock
Ram: 8gb, you don't need more for gaming
storage: 1tb harddrive for mass storage and 120gb ssd for your os and applications that are used often.
gpu: gtx 970, maxes every game out at 1080p with good fps.
motherboard: has everything u need, has 4 ram slots so can be upgraded to 16gb if ever needed and can sli, so you can put 2 gtx 970's in if you need more power.
case: fractal design r4, its a silent case and fits your components very well, you can choose a different one if you don't like it
power supply: evga b2 750w, has enough power for 2 gtx 970's so you don't need to upgrade that in the future and it's high quality
os: windows 8.1, can be upgraded to 10 for free
