I have this Gateway ZX6971 All in One Touch Screen. It had a power block like a lap top.
The PC gets NO power and the original power cord had a light on it and when you plugged it in or hit the power button the light would go out on the power block.
The owner has replaced with what looks like the same power cord but it don't have the light on it. It still dont power on but this plug dont have a light so I dont know if its wrong cord or what. I have seen this before and thought it usually was the cord. any help here?
