i3 haswell is better than fx 6300 for gaming. also, that power supply is lower quality.

Wouldn't a quad core processor be better? Thanks for the answer btw

the i3 is a dual core, but has hyperthreading which allows each core to take on 2 threads and acts as a logical quad core. the individual cores of haswell CPUs are much stronger than FX series CPUs, and in most cases that is more important to gaming performance.
