SD card bricked after BSOD: won't re-format (tried formatting through Disk Management)

I got a 64GB micro SD card for an MP3 player (yep, still using those!), and while files were transferring, my new W10 PC had its first BSOD.

Whenever inserting it into a PC, I get the 'this drive has error, please can' type message, but the scan is never able to find the error.

Additionally, neither format nor quick format through right-clicking the drive work, nor formatting through the Disk Manager.

Without Quick Format, it takes an hour and a half, and when it 'completes' I get the 'formatting did not complete successfully' message.

Maybe this helps: when it crashed, the card was formatted in FAT32. Windows can only format the card to exFAT. However formatting to FAT32 does not work either...

I've tried this on four different PCs (2 x W10, W7, and a Mac) but to no avail... any ideas?
Thansk! :)
