When I connect my Samsung analog tv to the svideo port on my ati hd3450 card the picture is fuzzy,how can I solve this problem

Use a different connection, S-Video and Composite look horrible for computer images, especially if you are on an older TV as well. Your solution is probably to replace the TV with at least a 720 HD set.
