can I put cpu in intel® 946GZ

The Intel 946GZ is a graphics and memory controller. To see if a motherboard is compatible, we need to know the model of the motherboard. However, since the 946GZ seems to have been used on LGA 775 motherboards, and the x5450 is an LGA 771 socket CPU, then the motherboards that use the 946GZ will not be compatible with that CPU officially.
Unofficially, however, there are ways to put an LGA 771 CPU into some motherboards with a LGA 775 socket.
