There are excellent EVGA PSUs, but you want the ones with B2/G2/P2/GS in the name. Those are top PSUs made by Super Flower, one of the best manufacturers. It's the B1/W1/G1 units you want to avoid.

I would run far, far away from the 9590. They're hot, inefficient, power hungry, and frequently unstable and there's literally no realistic scenario in which I'd recommend one. The idea of binned 8350s wasn't a bad one, but AMD doesn't appear to have been selective enough. The 4690k is a much smarter purchase.

Don't go with the EVGA PSU, Get a corsair, they're much better. When I built my PC I got an EVGA PSU and it started smoking. But other than that, the build is great. All of your parts go together nicely and there would be no bottleneck.

Yeah, I was contemplating about it because the EVGA is what I have currently so I thought I could kill two birds with one stone and use that. Would the 600W still be enough for this build or would you recommend more?

Also, in your opinion, would you take the i5 4690k or the AMD FX 9590. I've done some research and people are saying the i5 is better.

Hm the Corsair CXM comes under tier 4. What would your recommendation be?
