hey, guys.

so, about two days ago I got a random BSOD with the error UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION(during gaming. to be more specific during a game of CSGO), and after restarting my computer started booting up in a 640x800 resolution (fans were spinning, USB devices were receiving power) and after the windows 10 logo, it faded to a blackscreen and my monitor switched to HDMI2, and when I switched back to HDMI1 I was receiving no display, but I heard the windows logon sound and how Skype was starting up.
I then removed the power cable and held the power button for a minute, then put the cable in and turned my computer on and it booted fine.
Now, while playing Endless Legend, the game was stuttering and then my PC crashed to a purple screen. I rebooted and got the same 640x800 problem. I tried the same trick and this time it didn't work. I can boot into my BIOS and safemode just fine, and I can boot into windows if I uninstall my graphics card in device manager.
I have tried reseating my gpu, uninstall>reboot>install latest graphics drivers, took out the CMOS battery for 30min and put it back in, reset BIOS settings to default, and reset my PC in Windows 10 recovery options (removed all files from HDD and reinstalled windows)
I've never had such a problem on 7 or 8.1, so I'm thinking of downgrading to see if it helps, but that is only as a last resort. Can anyone think of anything else I can try? My guess is something is wrong with GPU or drivers. (Mobo is new, and HDD health is Good)
Specs:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
Nvidia GTX 750TI 2GB
Intel i5 2300 2,8Ghz
Crucial 4x1 GB RAM
ASRock H61M-VG4
Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD

Solution
Sounds like a bad video card or power supply. Test the system with another video card, test your video card in another system. If the card works fine for a while in another system and under a stress test or benchmark, then look at uninstalling 10 to troubleshoot.
