i5 4690k OC 45 @ 2.21. event 35 error kernel processor power management...

Fresh build all is new.. krait sli edition z97/ i5 4690k gtx 970 4gb 650 psu 750 evga sli ready.Been getting these allot in my event log under administative events...get 4 of them usually every day..it says "performance power management features on processor 0 in group 0 are disabled due to a firmware problem. check with comp manufacturere for updated firmware" i get 4 of these the next on says power manage ment features on prcessor 1 in group 0 then processor 2 in group 0 ETC. how can i tell if i need to update bio? i think its all good. i use intel driver update utility i downloaded to make sure everything is updated.

Check msi's webpage and see if there is a new bios version then what you have. My computer at home has a 4670k so ill look at the settings on mine to see what i use on my OC. (they will be a little different as not evey CPU is created equal, you also have the refresh version of my cpu)
