Additional Comments: I have been using a very loud laptop for a long time now, so would be very happy with an quiet pc for once. I'm going to play the upcomming game fallout 4, so must be able to run that game, at least on medium or high settings.
And Most Importantly, Why Are You Upgrading: I want to be able to play games on my desktop, and not wonder if I can run the game or not.
