Do you think my build will run Fallout 4 @ 60 fps and on what settings?

CPU: i5 4590 @ 3.3 GHz
GPU: XFX R9 280X Double Dissipation Black Edition (3GB)
RAM: 8GB
Resolution: 1680x1050

I realize that the game has not been released yet, and that there is no absolute way of knowing what kind of performance I will get. I'm just looking for speculation.

Bethesda recently released the minimum and recommended specs for fallout 4. When comparing your specs to the specs released by Bethesda I would say you are probably going to be playing on very high or maybe even ultra at that resolution. However, if you plan on playing at a higher resolution you may have to lower your settings. That being said you could also get crap performance because the game is still not out and things like driver support might play a part in your performance.
