Looking for the best RAM upgrade for Z68 Extreme3 Gen3/i5-2500k, stuck between these 3 choices

G Skill Trident with CAS 7, a Ripjaws at 1866, and Ripjaws at 2133. I was told that I shouldn't go over 1.5v, but I'm not entirely sure why. If that's correct though, I'm still not sure what would be faster between the 1600 CAS 7 and the 1866 CAS 9. I do gaming, and quite a bit of multi tasking (i.e. gaming while running 28 tabs of chrome).

Thanks for any advice.

Alright thanks, I'll go for the 2133 Ripjaws. I hope it won't require a very large OC though, as I don't tend to mess around with that very much. Perfect chip for it, but the OC guides have always confused me quite a lot with this motherboard. I think I pushed to 4.2 GHz once, only because it didn't require many changes other than the multiplier...
