Recommend power supply wattage for my computer

So I just recently bought a GTX 960 and a Z97Z SLI Krait edition motherboard and i have a 300 watt PSU I'm wondering will i be able to use this with the build i wont be dual 960s just one will a 300 watt be enough for now? I plan on getting a 550 watt very soon

No, that is to small. It may work for awhile, but when the card is under heavy load, you risk shutdowns, reboots, or worse. You will need a good quality 430W or better for that card in that system.
