System powers on, then immediately powers off + System powering off by itself

I recently bought all the parts to build a computer about a month ago. I am relatively new to this. It worked fine for about a week, but then when I tried to boot it up, it would boot up for a second, then shut off, then it would automatically boot up again and it would boot up just fine then. I didn't think it was much of a problem, so I didn't pay it much attention. Then the computer shut itself off randomly and It wouldn't power up unless I flipped the switch in the back. Also now, when I go to turn my computer on now, it doesn't even double boot like before, it just turns on for a instant and then powers off. I have to keep fiddling with it for it to boot up.

I have replaced my motherboard and power supply already, so I don't think that is the problem (unless newegg sent me defective hardware twice)
I have also made sure everything is plugged in right, several times, so I'm sure that's not the problem.
I've also made sure the gpu, and ram are both correctly placed in the motherboard

Here's my list of hardware:
CPU: AMD FX-6300
Mobo: Gigabyte 970A-UD3P (rev 2.0)
PSU: Corsair CX 500 500 watt 80+ bronze
GPU: EVGA Geforce GTX 960
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws 2 x 4gb sticks
Storage: 1TB Western Digital Blue HDD

Sorry, I also forgot to mention when I turn it on the main bios is corrupt. Good thing dual bios exists. Which is why I replaced the motherboard as well
