Brand New ASROCK M8 barebones. Will not power up.

Loaded 16Gb and 512 SSD along with graphics card. Worked fine 7 or 8 boots, but, then... The M8 LED is intermittent and the box will NOT power up. Please help.

Mine Does this as well. Power button barely flashes and will not turn on the system. The only guaranteed work around I have found so far is to Use the jumper on the motherboard to Reset the CMOS (resets the bios). Also, start the computer by disconnecting the powerbutton from the motherboard and shorting out the pwrbttn pins with a screwdriver.

Same here, I need to reset the CMOS, and the M8 light went back to solid. Everything works fine until the power cord is unplug. Resetting the CMOS always work for me.
